Interior design has always been a natural interest of mine, one that began long before I ever considered it a career. After earning a degree in Communications with a focus in Advertising and Public Relations, I spent the past decade working in marketing and advertising, developing a deep skill set of creative direction, thoughtful storytelling, and the detailed oriented mindset that goes into bringing a larger project together.

After purchasing my first home - a Queen Anne Victorian in Salem, Massachusetts - I began to explore that interest in a much more meaningful way. Working on my own home, along with a handful of projects for family and friends, gave me the opportunity to put that passion into practice and ultimately led me to pursue interior design more seriously.

Today, I bring together my background in marketing with a lifelong appreciation for interiors, architecture, and creating spaces that feel like home. I am currently completing my interior design certification through the Interior Design Institute while building Jane Elle Living - a design practice focused on warm, thoughtful, and layered interiors with a strong sense of character.
